Due to the irregularly-shaped ground and the regulation of setback of wall surface line, a part of wall had to be inclined. However, it succeeded to become one of the characteristic of the house.
LDK has designed to be brought in the environment of the surrounded area and provides compact but rich living space.
鎌倉の自然に囲まれた小さな住宅。
その環境から、山あいの山荘をスッキリさせたイメージで、設計に取りかかりました。
不整形な敷地に、風致地区の壁面後退の制限があり、一部その形に合わせた建物の斜壁が、結果として、この住まい一つの特徴にもなりました。
敷地の自然環境を、適度に取込んだＬＤＫは、コンパクトでも豊かな住空間になったと思います。
